Battlefield Storage is remotely managed. You can rent and manage your storage unit online 24/7.
What are the access hours?
Customers can access their storage units daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Am I required to store long-term?
You can choose a storage solution based on your needs, whether you need extra space for a short period or longer-term storage.
What am I not allowed to store?
Prohibited items include perishable food, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, combustible items, plants, animals, and people. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
What unit size do I need?
The right unit size depends on what you plan to store. Consider the number and size of your belongings, and choose enough space to allow convenient access to your items. Our team can help you select an appropriate unit.
How wide are your drive lanes?
Our drive lanes can accommodate trucks up to 26 feet long, making it easier to navigate the property while moving your belongings.
What does “Resident, On-site Manager” mean?
It means our property manager lives on-site at Battlefield Storage, helping maintain the property and monitor its condition around the clock.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage?
No. All storage units are drive-up and non-climate-controlled.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes! Our 10x20 units and larger can accommodate vehicles, providing a convenient storage option for cars and other qualifying vehicles.
Do you offer commercial storage?

Do your storage units have electricity?
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay for your storage bill online 24/7, making it easy to manage your account from anywhere. You can pay by debit card, credit card, or ACH online, over the phone, or in the office during business hours. Automatic payments are also available for added convenience.
How do I rent a unit?
Renting a unit is simple. Browse available storage options online, select the space that fits your needs, and complete the rental process remotely.
Can I make a reservation?
Yes! For a $25 reservation fee, which will be applied toward the administrative fee at move-in, we can hold your desired unit size for up to two weeks.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You'll need a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID.
How do I get an access code?
You'll receive a unique gate access code when you move into your storage unit.
Do I need to provide my own lock?
Yes, tenants must provide their own lock. Disc locks are highly recommended for added security. You can purchase one at a hardware store or directly from our office.
Do I need insurance for my stored belongings?
Yes, tenants are required to maintain insurance coverage for their stored belongings. We also offer several insurance policy options for an additional cost.
What if I'm still on the property after 9:00 PM?
Please plan your visit carefully and allow enough time to finish your activities and exit the property before the 9:00 PM closing time.
What is the move-out process?
When you're ready to move out, you must provide a written two-week notice of intent to vacate. You can submit your notice by email, text message, or in person by completing a form at the office.
